Registration and account access
School administrators submit registration details and verify their email address. A school must be reviewed and verified before administrator dashboard access is granted. Other accounts use the registration or invitation processes provided by their school. Access depends on account status, role and school association.
School administrator responsibilities
School administrators are responsible for providing accurate school and account details, assigning appropriate roles, maintaining access to accounts they administer, and ensuring they are authorized to submit and manage school, student, parent and staff information in the application.
Each user must protect their sign-in credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to their school administrator.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful school-management purposes and in accordance with your role. Do not attempt to access another school’s records without authorization, bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, or upload content that is unlawful or malicious.
Plans, pricing, billing and GST
The Pricing page currently displays two informational plans: Pay Per Student at ₹20 per active enrolled student per month, or ₹192 per student per year with the displayed 20% annual discount; and Unlimited at ₹15,000 per month, or ₹1,26,000 per year with the displayed 30% annual discount. Applicable GST is additional.
These displayed prices do not start a subscription. Plan selection, subscription activation, invoices and payment checkout are not currently available on the Pricing page. It does not collect SaaS subscription payments or establish a payment schedule. Any future paid offering must present its applicable billing and tax details before purchase.
Suspension and termination
New school administrator access remains pending until school review and verification. School administrators can manage or deactivate accounts under their school. Accounts may also become unavailable when their status or authorization does not permit access. Contact your school administrator or ops@nextgenengineai.cloud if access appears incorrect.
Service availability and changes
The application is provided without a published uptime commitment or service-level guarantee. Features may change, and access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside the service’s control. Schools should maintain appropriate records for their own operational needs.
Liability
No uptime guarantee, warranty terms or monetary liability cap are published for this service on these pages. This page does not establish a negotiated liability cap or exclude a right or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any separate written agreement and applicable law govern where they apply.
