1. Introduction

Welcome to NextGen Engine AI. We provide tools for social media automation, customer communication, content creation, and business intelligence. This policy describes how information is handled when you use the service, including information received through connected platforms and information generated while AI features operate.

2. Information We Do Not Collect or Store

We do not request or receive your social-media passwords. Connections to Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and related services use official authentication flows where applicable. We also avoid collecting personal profile information that is not needed to operate the service. Private message and platform content may be processed when required to fulfill an automation request, but this should not be understood as a promise that the service never handles request content.

NO SOCIAL PASSWORD ACCESS

We do not ask for or access the passwords used for your connected social accounts.

MINIMAL DATA

Only information needed to operate connected features and account workflows is retained by the application.

LIMITED PROCESSING

Platform content is processed only where needed for an automation or AI feature to function.

Authentication note: the current application also has a local sign-in password field in its SQLite implementation. That field is not a social-media password, but it means this deployment must not claim that all user passwords are absent until the authentication storage is remediated.

3. Limited Operational Data We May Temporarily Store

The application stores operational records needed to provide dashboards, automation, connected-account management, and AI-assisted workflows. Retention depends on the feature and its database lifecycle; no fixed universal retention period is currently configured.

CACHE DATA

Temporary cached website or knowledge-base results may be used to improve performance and avoid repeating expensive work. These caches are operational data, not a promise that no technical data is processed.

AI ACTIVITY DATA

AI-related workflows may create usage records, prompts or request context, generated replies, status data, and automation logs so the service can operate and be monitored.

4. How We Use Information

Operational information is used to provide and maintain the service, operate AI features, synchronize connected platforms, troubleshoot failures, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and improve the user experience. We do not describe these records as being used for unrelated advertising or sale of personal information.

5. Data Security

We use access controls and appropriate technical measures for the deployment and its connected services. Platform access tokens are stored by the application to make authorized API calls, and should be treated as sensitive credentials. We do not receive or store users' social-media passwords. Official OAuth or platform authentication mechanisms are used where supported. No specific certification or encryption standard is claimed by this page without verification of the deployed infrastructure.

6. Third-Party Services

NextGen Engine AI integrates with services such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Meta APIs, authentication providers, and AI infrastructure where applicable. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their data practices, retention, and security are not controlled by this page or by NextGen Engine AI.

7. Account Deletion

The current application does not expose a complete account-deletion endpoint that removes every user-associated table, token, cache, uploaded document, and log. Users should contact us to request account-data review or deletion while this workflow is completed. We do not claim immediate deletion of all associated application data until the backend deletion process is implemented and verified.

Implementation status: disconnecting a connected platform removes some platform records, but it is not the same as deleting the account and all associated data.

8. Data Retention

There is no single fixed retention period configured across the current application. Automation logs, connected-account records, platform data, documents, knowledge-base records, and conversation data follow feature-specific database lifecycles. Temporary caches may expire or be replaced as the relevant workflow refreshes them. We will update this section when a unified retention and deletion schedule is implemented.

9. User Rights and Control

You may disconnect connected platforms, update available profile settings, request information about application data associated with your account, and ask questions about how data is handled. You may also request account deletion through the contact channel below. Requests may require verification so we do not disclose or delete the wrong account.

10. Children's Privacy

The service is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly design the service to collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to the service, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy as the product, integrations, or data practices change. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after an update means you have had an opportunity to review the revised policy.
