Welcome to NextGen Engine AI. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, AI tools, social-media automation, communication workflows, and other supported services. By using the platform, you agree to follow these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter a binding agreement in your location. The application does not currently publish a separate age threshold or jurisdiction-specific eligibility rule. If you use the service for a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business.

3. Our Services

NextGen Engine AI provides AI-powered social-media and business tools, including supported Instagram and Facebook comment or direct-message workflows, WhatsApp messaging workflows, AI-generated replies, AI chat assistance, content and automation tools, dashboards, reporting, website or knowledge-base processing, document workflows, and related features made available in the application. Features may be updated, suspended, limited, or discontinued as the service evolves.

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate information where required, protecting your NextGen Engine AI account credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Do not share credentials improperly and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. Social accounts are connected through supported platform authentication or OAuth flows; we do not ask for your social-media passwords.

5. Acceptable Use

You may use the service only lawfully, responsibly, and in compliance with the rules of connected platforms. You must not use automation or AI features for:

6. AI Features and Generated Content

AI-generated replies, text, analysis, and other output may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for content sent through your accounts and for ensuring your use of AI output complies with law, platform rules, and your own policies. AI behavior and available models may change over time.

7. Social Media and Third-Party Platforms

The service integrates with third-party platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Meta APIs, and other supported services. You must comply with their terms, policies, community guidelines, and API rules. Those platforms may change APIs, restrict access, suspend accounts, remove features, or impose limits. We do not control their decisions and cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party availability.

8. User Content and Responsibility

You remain responsible for comments, messages, posts, media, prompts, AI instructions, documents, and other content you submit or cause the service to publish or send. You must have all necessary rights, permissions, and lawful bases for that content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to NextGen Engine AI.

9. Automated Actions

Configured automations may respond to comments, respond to messages, send replies, process leads, and perform other social-media actions you enable. You are responsible for configuring rules appropriately, reviewing outputs where necessary, and monitoring the results. We do not guarantee that third-party platforms will process an automated action exactly as expected.

10. Subscriptions, Billing and Payments

The current application contains plan and subscription-status fields, but no payment processor, published price schedule, renewal rule, refund policy, or checkout flow is configured in the inspected codebase. Any applicable plan, billing, cancellation, or refund terms will be presented separately before they apply. We do not claim that NextGen Engine AI stores payment-card details.

11. Intellectual Property

NextGen Engine AI branding, software, interface, logos, trademarks, proprietary technology, and original service content belong to NextGen Engine AI or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse proprietary parts of the service except as permitted by law or written permission.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect the service and its operational data. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for using appropriate account security and for protecting credentials, tokens, content, and devices under your control.

13. Service Availability

We aim to provide the service on an ongoing basis, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party API outages, platform restrictions, security incidents, force majeure, or other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect access or functionality.

14. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary because of Terms violations, abuse, illegal activity, security threats, misuse, third-party platform restrictions, or non-payment where applicable. After termination, you must stop using the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including responsibility, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnification, may continue.

15. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion through the contact channel below. The current backend does not expose a complete account-deletion workflow that removes every user-associated table, token, cache, document, and log, so these Terms do not promise immediate or universal deletion until that process is implemented and verified. Disconnecting a platform is not the same as deleting an account.

16. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and without warranties beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, that automation will achieve a particular result, or that third-party services will remain available. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NextGen Engine AI will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the service, third-party platform decisions, content, or automated actions. Any liability limitation is subject to non-waivable rights under applicable law; no specific monetary cap or governing jurisdiction is stated because none is configured in the project.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend and hold harmless NextGen Engine AI and its service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of another party's rights.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

The project's legal entity, governing jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution forum are not identified in the available business configuration. This section should be completed by the business before these Terms are adopted as a final legal instrument. Nothing in this page removes mandatory rights available under the law that applies to you.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the service, integrations, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you have had an opportunity to review the revised Terms.
